Our client is an international Insurance Group offering a diverse range of services across Life Insurance, Pension and Wealth Management. With increasing business activities and commitment in digital transformation and technology advancement, a newly created opening has arisen for a Digital Expert to Lead the Claims Digital Transformation Program for Hong Kong.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Lead role in driving the strategy and execution of the digital transformation roadmap, planning processes, portfolio and program management for the Claims digital change journey.
  • Provide digital and data expertise in supporting the Claims functional and operational change initiatives.
  • Champion new and appropriate ways for digitalisation, digital change practices and policies, and
  • process re-design.
  • Work closely with process owners to identify opportunities for digitalisation, process improvement and operating model redesign.
  • Act as the Claims Digital Transformation program lead in driving the change agenda, new processes, detail planning, deliverable and timelines.
  • Apply change techniques, conduct impact analysis, develop and implement communication plans, design and deliver training, increase user engagements, assess and manage the change impact on risks.
  • Liaise with business analysis and technology teams to support the new process and technology changes.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end process alignment with other functions.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

  • A university degree.
  • Minimum 15+ years in Digital Transformation, Change Management and or Program Management gained from the Insurance industry.
  • Experience in Claims function, Claims operations, Claims systems is a MUST.
  • Big 4 or Consulting Firms with relevant Digital Transformation experience servicing Insurance sector would also be considered.
  • Experience in designing and leading Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese.
