Recognised as a leading financial services firm, our client offers a full range of banking, investments and other financial products and services to its clients. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated senior Risk / Compliance professional to join this dynamic firm.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Define the APAC Compliance annual policies implementation plan and contribute to Group policy initiatives.
• Ensure the management of regional policies framework.
• Lead the drafting of relevant Compliance policy for the APAC region.
• Prepare and deliver the APAC Compliance annual training plan.
• Manage and deliver the risk assessment for Non-Financial Crime and Financial Crime risks.
• Management of the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) for the APAC region.
• Oversee the Conduct Risk for the APAC region.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree qualified with at least 15 years of Compliance or Risk experience gain in a leading global financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of rules and regulations across Asia Pacific.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability of been able to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior managerial experience is essential.
• Fluent in Chinese will be an advantage.
