Our client is a leading International Financial Services Group with a solid focus in developing the Asia markets across traditional, online and innovative platforms and channels for the Insurance, Pension, Wealth & Asset Management businesses. As part of strategic growth, the group is seeking a number of Finance Transformation Professionals to join their Group Business Transformation Program in permanent positions. The roles can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

The key responsibilities for these positions are as follows:

• Be a lead or key member representing Group Finance in the large scale Group Business Transformation Program.
• Reporting to the Program Director and assist in one or more of these activities: program management, project planning, project tracking and / or project delivery.
• Work on initiatives to build a forward-looking and advanced centralized model for Finance and Actuarial processes.
• Standardise technology, streamline processes, automate reporting, establish shared services model for Finance and Actuarial functions.
• Perform program planning, governance, risk management, resources planning, budget / forecast.
• Organise and / or participate in project meetings and workshops to support project delivery teams and project participants.
• Facilitate, monitor, coordinate and ensure smooth change management and transitions between users in Finance and Actuarial functions, Technology teams involved and the shared services centre.
• Work with the wider Business Transformation Program team and technical development teams on change impact analysis and expertise relevant to the program.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, program team members and external vendors.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience in Finance Transformation Program Management, Project Management, Business Analyst, Finance Projects Professional / Consultant from Insurance, Banking, Fintech, Insurtech, IT, Consulting firms focusing on Finance Transformation.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Pension, Asset Management technologies, platforms and systems would be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in working across multiple workstreams and cross-location programs / projects.
• Familiar with Agile practices and Toolsets would be highly beneficial.
• Regional and / or Group level programs / projects experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with language fluency in English.
