Our client is an international Asset Management firm offering Retail & Institutional funds products across a wide range of sales & distribution channels. With increasing business activities and a solid growth strategy in place for Asia, the firm is now seeking a high-calibre Business Finance / Sales & Performance Analysis professional to join the regional Business Management team in Hong Kong, covering Asia.
The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Part of the Regional Business Management team supporting the Sales teams across Asia in business planning, sales and performance analysis and strategic initiatives roll-out.
- Take ownership of the regional sales incentive planning, commission calculation, sales analysis and reporting across all B2B and B2C sales and distribution channels.
- Responsible for sales incentive plans management, administration and documentation work related to policies and approvals, distribution agreement and trailer fee rates.
- Put together tactical sales campaign results and analytical insights, calculate and validate special campaign incentives.
- Assist the Sales teams in the periodic review and development of sales incentive schemes.
- Liaise with local country teams including Finance, HR, Compensation & Benefits and Risk teams to ensure regional policy and process alignment.
Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Analysis & Reporting, Incentives & Compensation Planning & Analysis gained from Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services.
- Good competency with Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
- Regional exposure would be highly beneficial.
- Organised with good attention to details and accuracy.
- Good coordination skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
