Our client is a leading international Insurance Group offering a diverse range of services across Life Insurance, Pension, Wealth Management and Asset Management. With increasing business activities and a solid growth strategy in place, the company is now seeking a high-calibre Transformation / Change professional to join the team in Hong Kong, focusing on agency distribution strategy & digital transformation.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Part of the Agency Distribution Strategy function supporting the Hong Kong business on strategic development and digital transformation projects related to agency distribution channel, strategic planning and growth development, performance tracking and analysis.
  • Execute strategic transformation projects related to growth strategies, sales strategies, products strategies, client segmentation analysis and technology enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in formulating and driving digital engagement strategies to improve agent productivity and retention.
  • Support advance technology innovation development and adoption of AI technology to deliver agency digital experience, driving productivity and engagement.
  • Be a representative of the Agency Strategy team to participate in agency digital platforms maintenance and monitoring work, collaborating with the business on user requirements and UAT for enhancement, new development / revamp and usage of the agency digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the agency district team leaders.
  • Monitor projects and programs progress, alert of issues identified and facilitate mitigation solutions.
  • Conduct a wide range of programs including training, promotion, incentives and new initiatives.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives and articulate ideas into execution priorities and action plans.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:

  • An university degree preferably with an MBA degree.
  • Around 6 - 10 years of Agency Distribution Strategy, Projects Management, Transformation / Change experience.
  • Industry experience from Insurance, Retail Banking, Wealth Management in roles that work closely with front-line sales force and distribution teams.
  • Management Consultancies focusing on Insurance sector would also be considered.
  • Project execution skills with ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese.
